Hazy Day in the Driftless is an original oil painting on stretched canvas. It was created to illustrate John Gierach’s story “Minnesota” in the Fall 2019 issue of Trout magazine. The image is featured on the cover of his book, Dumb Luck and the Kindness of Strangers, released in April 2020.
