Few things give me as much pleasure as recreating a special time afield.
A few years ago, I had the opportunity to join two good friends, father and son, in northern California for an epic duck hunt in the shadow of Sutter’s Butte.
This 17 x 16 inch pencil on archival paper was created to illustrate the closing column in the March/April 2017 issue of Ducks Unlimited magazine.
